“Summer House” star Andrea Denver felt a “dark energy” when he witnessed Carl Radke propose to Lindsay Hubbard amid her falling out with Danielle Olivera.
Speaking to Page Six exclusively ahead of his first visit to the Hamptons home on Monday’s episode, Denver detailed that it “wasn’t as bad as the second time,” which he described as “much darker.”
The Italian model, 31, originally joined the cast during Season 1 of “Winter House” and Season 6 of “Summer House.” He has since come back in a friend capacity due to his clothing brand.
Speaking more about that second weekend, the Son of Wind partner further told us that this was the “first time” that he didn’t feel “as comfortable” and picked up on a “dark energy.”

“There was something that wasn’t as fixable as it was before, and I’m not talking about Kyle [Cooke] and Carl,” Denver clarified, referring to the best friends having issues balancing their personal and work lives.
In fact, he insinuated that it was the feud between Hubbard, 36, and Olivera, 34, that made him feel “not as relaxed.”
“I felt much more pressure,” Denver explained. “Also, sometimes for me, it was kind of difficult to say certain things … because I wasn’t aware of what really happened all those weeks prior, so, I didn’t know what to say or where to say it.”
“I just felt like a little bit of difficulties compared to my usual self … something was off,” he continued.
The model emphasized that since he didn’t return to the Hamptons every weekend like last year, he “wasn’t aware of what really happened,” so it was “tough” for him to “get into certain conversations.”
“That’s why it was crazy, because I felt like like, ‘OK, what did I walk into?’ Because it was two different vibes. It was way darker when I got there by the end of the summer.
Denver clarified that despite the “dark energy,” he still had a “great time” and loved celebrating Radke, 38, proposing to Hubbard on Aug. 27.
“That weekend, something beautiful happened that was the happiest for my friends,” the Acosta Tequila partner gushed.
“I can wait for them to get married. They’re my friends, [and] I think they’re perfect together. I think they found themselves in the best moment in their lives … I think they found themselves in the right moment, and I’m a true believer of their love and I’m excited for their future.”
Denver shared that he’s also “surprised” Hubbard and Olivera haven’t been able to repair their friendship since the summer.
The ex-BFFs have continued going after each other both in interviews and on social media with Hubbard dubbing Olivera a “bad friend,” and the latter slamming the bride-to-be as “self-absorbed.”
“Summer House” airs Mondays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
