Jeremy Renner is ringing in his birthday from a hospital this year, but he still feels the love.
The “Hawkeye” star celebrated turning 52 on Saturday from an ICU unit following a terrifying snowplow accident that left him in “critical” condition less than a week ago.
However, Renner reposted a video on his Instagram Stories from a youth organization called The Base Chicago that recorded a tribute for him on his special day.
The actor appears to have regularly volunteered with them.
In the clip, the children can be seen holding signs that spell out Renner’s first initial and last name as they dance along to 50 Cent’s “In Da Club.”

Renner replied in the comments, “I love you all sooooo much !!!! Thank you 🙏. You’ve made my spirits sing!!!!”
The “Hurt Locker” star also added in his repost, “Thank you For the Birthday Love!!!”
On Friday, Renner also gave a social media shoutout to the hospital staff that has been taking care of him.
“Thank you Renowned Medical ICU team for beginning this journey,” the “American Hustle” actor captioned a photo of him in a hospital bed, surrounded by nurses and doctors.

Renner has been on the mend the past few days after he was “run over” by a 14,330-pound snowplow last Sunday while on a vacation in Nevada.
The Oscar nominee was initially said to have been in “critical but stable condition,” but later appeared to show signs of improvement as he posted a health update alongside a selfie from his hospital bed.
“Thank you all for your kind words. 🙏,” the “Arctic Dogs” star captioned an Instagram post Tuesday. “Im too messed up now to type. But I send love to you all.”
Shortly after, the gruesome details of Renner’s accident began to surface online.
TMZ reported Wednesday that the “S.W.A.T.” star’s chest had collapsed and his upper torso got crushed during the accident, citing an emergency 911 call log.
Renner had to be airlifted to a nearby hospital, where he continues to receive treatment for his injuries. It is unclear how long his recovery will take.
