Nicky Hilton has nothing but praise for how her sister, Paris Hilton, has been navigating motherhood.
“Paris was made to be a mom!” the fashion designer told Page Six exclusively at the 2023 Women in Film pre-Oscars party in Hollywood, Calif., Friday night.
However, Nicky, 39, takes credit for one very important part of that.
“I taught her how to change a diaper,” she made sure to note.
Nicky — who shares daughters Lily-Grace, 6, and Teddy, 5, and an 8-month-old son with her husband, James Rothschild — went on to gush over her newest nephew, Phoenix, saying she had “just left him” before heading to the star-studded soirée.
“I’m obsessed with him,” she shared.
Paris, 42, and her husband, Carter Reum, secretly welcomed their first child together via surrogate in January.
The following month, the “Simple Life” star revealed that her loved ones didn’t know she and the venture capitalist, also 42, were even expecting when they went to the hospital to meet their bundle of joy.
“My entire life has been so public,” Paris explained to Harper’s Bazaar.
“I’ve never had anything for myself. We decided that we wanted to have this whole experience to ourselves.”
The hotel heiress pulled out all the stops to keep her baby boy under wraps — including wearing a brunette wig to the hospital and telling her staff she was having her house painted for two days to keep them out.
Before the news could leak to the world, the “Paris in Love” star shared a photo of herself holding her baby boy’s hand and captioned it, “You are already loved beyond words 💙.”

“Not even my mom, my sister, my best friend knew until he was over a week old,” she later admitted on her podcast, “This Is Paris.”
Despite having been in the dark for the process, Nicky made sure to publicly congratulate her big sis and welcome her to “mommyhood.”
“So so incredibly happy for youuu! 🥰 It’s the most beautiful ride. There is no greater love. You are going to be the best mommy. What a lucky boy! 💙,” Nicky captioned a throwback portrait of the sisters with their mom, Kathy Hilton.
As for Kathy, 63, and her husband, Rick Hilton, they said they “are so thrilled” and grateful “for this perfect addition to our ever-growing, beautiful family.”
