Hats off to Pamela Anderson for this fabulous fashion flashback.
The “Barb Wire” babe took in the Jacquemus spring 2023 show from the front row at Le Bourget outside Paris Monday, clad in an incredibly dramatic white feathered hat reminiscent of the iconic pink topper she wore to the 1999 MTV VMAs, which she attended alongside then-husband Tommy Lee.
Featuring a broad-brimmed woven base and fluffy fringe that blew in the French breeze, Anderson’s titanic topper was even more massive than the pastel Ivy Supersonic number she paired with a waist-whittling white corset and wild sequined pants more than two decades ago.
This time around, the “Baywatch” beauty went for a monochromatic moment, styling her huge hat with a white halter gown and a single sheer glove, both similarly trimmed with snowy feathers.
“Pamela Anderson loves a big hat 23 years later,” one Twitter fan gushed, sharing side-by-side snaps of the likeminded looks. “Pamela Anderson ATE!” another exclaimed.
Undoubtedly one of the most memorable red carpet moments of the ’90s, the blond bombshell’s fuzzy pink chapeau has inspired plenty of style stars since, with Rihanna rocking a similar fur bucket hat with a matching slip dress for a date with A$AP Rocky in 2021 and Megan Fox pairing a nearly identical feathered topper with an itty-bitty bra top in Art Basel in Miami earlier this month.
Other celebrities in attendance at Monday’s Jacquemus show included Christine Quinn, Kali Uchis, Jennie Kim and Iris Law.
