Welcome to Table Flipping 101.

Drew Barrymore invited Teresa Giudice to Wednesday’s episode of “The Drew Barrymore Show” to teach her how to properly flip a table.

Giudice — who famously flipped a table on Season 1 of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” during a heated argument with Danielle Staub — demonstrated her technique as they both sat at their own set tables.

“Think about something that makes you really, really angry. Like, if your boyfriend cheated on you or if a girlfriend betrayed you,” Giudice said.

She then referenced the iconic reality TV moment, adding, “[Staub] was going after my girlfriend so I was sticking up for my girlfriend. So, I’m a girl’s girl.”

Giudice said that after channeling thoughts of anger, you should “grab the table and hold on to it.”

Barrymore, 47, and Giudice, 50, then stood up as they gripped their respective tables.

They both counted to three before shouting the “RHONJ” star’s famous line from the moment in unison: “You were engaged 19 times you stupid bitch!”

As they flipped their tables, plates and glasses came crashing to the ground. They then turned to each other and embraced in a big hug.

“And, scene!” Barrymore excitedly said.

Prior to beginning the lesson, the “Charlie’s Angels” actress asked Giudice if she had ever thrown a drink in someone’s face.

“I like a good drink in the face too. That’s a real clutch move. Have you ever done that?” Barrymore pressed.

Giudice shared that she hasn’t done that just yet but “would love to” someday, to which Barrymore joked, “You’re missing out. Get on it and do it!”

Back in 2009, the show’s villain, Staub, had been confronting her castmates for gossiping about her and her ex-husband. But Giudice completely lost it, calling Staub a “prostitution whore” before the famous flip.

Giudice has starred in “RHONJ” since its premiere and recently shut down rumors that she was leaving the show.

“I would never step away. I started the show,” she told People last December, adding, “I’m not walking away until Bravo wants me to walk away.”
