One of Teresa Giudice’s Mercedes-Benz cars was stolen from her New Jersey driveway Monday, Page Six can confirm.
Sources close to the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star told TMZ that thieves made off with her luxury vehicle overnight, but Montville police are currently investigating.
It’s unclear whether Giudice’s G-Class was stolen or if it was the sedan that her husband, Luis Ruelas, gifted her for Christmas in 2021.
The outlet reported that law enforcement has some leads on the case because the Bravolebrity, 50, had surveillance video capturing the suspects during the theft.
“We are optimistic that law enforcement will successfully locate the vehicle,” Giudice’s lawyer, James Leonard Jr., tells us.
Montville police did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
This is not the first car theft to hit the “RHONJ” cast. Jennifer Aydin’s husband, Bill Aydin, had his 2016 Ferrari California stolen from their Paramus home in April 2022.
“The suspects got into a car in the driveway, which had an electronic garage-door opener inside. It’s one of those [openers] that clips on the visor,” police chief Kenneth Ehrenburg told NJ.com of how the suspects were able to commit the crime at the Aydins’ home. “They used the garage door opener to get into the garage, and they got the Ferrari.”
The luxe car, which was valued at nearly $200,000, was found mere hours after Jennifer, 45, took to social media to plead for help from fans and followers.
“Update: They found the car! I don’t have details but thank you to the authorities and all fans and friends who used their outlet and networks to help find this car!” she wrote on her Instagram Story at the time.
